EN: Inden for 12 hours after we make requirement clearly. If urgently, please call us anytime.

Q2: What is your MOQ?
EN: Our MOQ is 1000pcs, if need sample to check quality, 1pcs is acceptable.

Q3: How can I get sample to check quality?
EN: After product's details is confirmed, charge sample cost, we will delivery sample within 3 dage.

Q4: Do you accept OEM/ODM?
EN: We are welcome OEM ODM. The new mold will be opened according to design drawning, størrelse, materiale.

Q5: What about the lead time for mass order?
EN: For stock items, delivery time is 3-5 dage. For new mold, production time is 30-40 dage.

Q6: How you pack goods?
EN: Generally speaking, we pack goods with foam & carton. Also can do package according to client's need.

Q7: What is your term of payment?
EN: We accept T/T, Paypal, West union, LC and Alibaba trade assurance. And 30% deposit before arrange order, 70% balance payment before ship goods.
